HOW TO USE
Coat-1 = Length, separates and lengthens lashes ; Coat-2 = Length + Volume. For an optimal result, let the first application dry before applying the second. Remove WATERPROOF VL MASCARA using EYE MAKE-UP REMOVER GEL specially formulated to gently remove water resistant make-up.
