Returns & Refunds Policy

Returning New/Unopened/Unused Items

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Customers are in charge of purchasing a return label and returning the package to us.

 

Returning Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Email us at shophermosabeauty@gmail.com to receive a free return label from us. 

 

Returning Used Items

You may return used items within 30 days of delivery for a 50% refund of the item cost. 
Customers are in charge of purchasing a return label and returning the package to us.

Refund:

You should expect to receive your refund within 2- 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
