Refunds for Items Lost, Stolen or Damaged In Transit

We offer EXTEND's Shipping Protection Plan to protect you from lost, damaged or stolen items. EXTEND's Shipping Protection Plan is available for all orders and can be found in the cart as a checkbox. 

To receive a refund for an order that was lost, damaged or stolen in transit, you must contact Extend directly and they will issue you a full refund. You can contact EXTEND's support here.

IMPORTANT: EXTEND is automatically added to all orders and can be removed manually. If you do not purchase EXTEND's Shipping Protection Plan, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. You also acknowledge that you cannot file a chargeback claim with your credit/debit card company for a refund. We are not responsible for any package after it leaves our warehouse.

Returning Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received an item that does not match what you purchased, it is considered our mistake and we will provide you with a prepaid return label and a full refund for the item. You have 30 days to return the product to us. The same applies if you received a defective item.

IMPORTANT: Defective items are different from items that are damaged during transit. Please refer to "Refunds for Items Lost, Stolen or Damaged In Transit".

Returning Items in Original Condition

You may return new, unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for purchasing a return label and returning the package to us.

FASHION/CLOTHING ITEMS: We will deduct a flat rate fee of $7 when initiating a refund for each fashion item returned in original condition. 

Returning Used Items

You may return used items within 30 days of delivery for a 50% refund of the item cost. Customers are in charge of purchasing a return label and returning the package to us.

FASHION/CLOTHING ITEMS: We will deduct an additional flat rate fee of $7 when initiating a refund for each fashion item returned in used condition.

Refund:

You should expect to receive your refund within 1- 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
