Off-Scalp, open air applications only:
Mix 1oz of Quick Blue High Performance Powder Lightener with 1.5 fl.oz.- 2 fl.oz. of 20, 30, or 40 Volume Developer, process up to 50 minutes, checking development at regular intervals until desired degree of lightness is achieved. DO NOT USE HEAT or a cap. Lifts up to 7 levels.
On-Scalp applications Only:
Mix 1oz of Quick Blue High Performance Powder Lightener with 1.5 fl.oz.-2.5 fl.oz. of 20 or 30 Volume Oreor Developer, process up to 50 minutes, checking development at regular intervals until desired degree of lightness is achieved. DO NOT USE HEAT or a cap. Lifts up to 7 levels.
