- Perfecting Toning Lotion also contains Witch Hazel water, a shrub used for centuries for its disinfectant and anti-inflammatory properties which richness in tannins and flavonoids provides astringent, toning and purifying properties.

HOW TO USE
Soak a cotton pad with product and gently apply on face and neck, without rubbing.
In the morning, to clean sebum produced during the night and in the evening to remove make-up and eliminate impurities from the day.
Can also gently remove excess from masks.
