HOW TO USE
Start with clean, moisturized eyelids: Make sure your eyelids are clean and well-hydrated before applying any makeup. Choose your colors: Select the eyeshadow pencils that you want to use for your look. Prep the pencil: If the pencil has a built-in sharpener, use it to sharpen the tip of the pencil for precise application. Apply the eyeshadow: Use the pencil to apply the eyeshadow directly to your eyelids, starting at the inner corner and working your way out. Blend: Use your fingertip or a makeup brush to blend the eyeshadow for a seamless look. Layer and repeat: If desired, layer the eyeshadow pencil to intensify the color or add dimension to your look. Repeat on the other eye. Finish with other makeup: Apply any other makeup, such as eyeliner or mascara, as desired.
