Effaclar Duo uses micronized benzoyl peroxide; milled to a consistent small size that allows for deep penetration into the pores. Lipo-Hydroxy Acid: Also known as LHA, it's a derivative of salicylic acid, and has exfoliating and skin surface renewing properties.
