HOW TO USE
Application Apply on clean and dry skin or over any eyeshadow. With light pressure, glide the precise brush tip along the eyelid to create sharp, detailed lines. Removal Neither water alone nor pressure alone will remove Blinc Liquid Eyeliner. Only the COMBINATION of lots of water AND gentle pressure from your fingertips, a washcloth or shower, will effortlessly peel the layer of colour off your skin into your hand. No makeup remover is necessary!
