Advanced conditioning neutralizers provide smooth, manageable and healthy-looking curls. No test curl. No dryer heat required. Quantum Ultra Firm Exothermic Perms are self-warming perms that create springy curls that won't relax. Ideal for clients with long hair or for designer wraps. For normal to resistant gray and tinted hair (up to 20 volume).
